Job Description 

We are seeking a passionate user interface designer who will be working as the main aspect in creating interfaces that users find easy to navigate differences, including creating layout structures, interactive elements, and design components like buttons, icons, and typography.  The candidate will be posing a deep understanding of users’ needs and behaviors often achieved through user research. They employ design principles such as consistency, simplicity, and feedback to create interfaces that guide users through their tasks with minimal effort.

UI design is not just about how it looks but also about its present look and feel which also involves anticipating how interfaces will evolve with technological advancements and changing user preferences. Candidates need to be active with challenges, staying updated with the latest trends, and innovations in design tools and technologies keeping their work relevant and effective. Knowledge of basic front-end development is beneficial, as it allows UI designers to understand the constraints and possibilities of coding, ensuring their designs can be implemented efficiently. Overall the UI designers will act as a beacon of change, creativity, and skills that will play an important role in the success of digital products enhancing user satisfaction and engagement, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the business. 

Responsibility 

• Should be responsible for creating UI/UX designs, including wireframes, and prototypes related to business goals 

• Developing and maintaining design systems ensuring consistency 

• Working closely with UX designers understanding their views and objectives. 

• Collaborating with other developers in the integration of designs, and functionality providing necessary design assets 

• Should be responsible for conducting competitive analysis, staying updated with industry trends to ensuring cutting-edge solutions 

• Leveraging basic front analysis and other solutions ensures an organized systematic working 

• Participating in testing sessions, guidelines, and other references assisting team members 

• Should be responsible for designing concepts and solutions effectively leading to productive results.  

Qualification 

• The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.

• Prior experience in UI design, Adobe Photoshop, and other skills.  

• Should be proficient with tools Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma. 

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Should possess Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.

• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail, color, typography, and layout

• Should be able to create responsive and adaptive designs for various devices and screen sizes.

• The candidate should possess problem-solving skills. 

• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
