Job description 

We are seeking a talented UX researcher to join our team driving the research efforts along with impactful research that directly influences product strategy and decisions. 
The candidate will be tasked with a deep understanding of user behavior, needs, and preferences through a combination of qualitative and quantitative research methods. 
They will be conducting thorough research initiatives including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis, while uncovering valuable insights that drive meaningful improvements to our offerings. 

Collaboration is the key and candidates should be focused on integrating research findings into the product development process. Through effective communication, they ensure that insights are understood and acted upon across the organization. Not only the candidate should be supportive of projects including facilitating usability testing sessions to evaluate product effectiveness and identify areas for enhancement. 

They should be dedicated to inheriting the role, staying competitive with industry trends and best practices, and ensuring that our approach to user experience research remains innovative and effective. Responsibilities 

• The candidate should be responsible for planning, executing, and analyzing the given tasks properly gathering insights, and competitive analysis.  

• Research findings, identifying patterns, that drive meaningful improvements to services 

• Working closely with cross-functional teams, integrating user experience 

• The candidate should be active in planning, facilitating usability testing, sessions staying updated on, trends and other relative competition 

• Should be responsible for emerging trends, technologies, and matters of change 

• The candidate should possess skills in translating complex data into actionable insights driving positive upliftment. 

• Collaborative and supportive with other team members 

• User persona development, by executing positive strategies for areas of improvement and modifications.  

Qualifications 

• Should have a Bachelor's degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field. 

• Master's degree and other certifications will be added quality. 

• Prior years of experience in UX research, with a robust portfolio showcasing past projects and contributions.

• Should be Proficient in a variety of research methods, including but not limited to user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitive analysis.

• Should possess Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.

• Should have Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to communicate with other team members and collaborators. 

• Should have Experience working in an agile development environment and adaptive nature. 

• Candidates should be passionate about understanding user behavior and solving complex problems through design.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
