Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated IT operation manager who will play an important role in the organization, responsible for managing and maintaining the company's IT infrastructure ensuring seamless operations. The candidate will be responsible for monitoring system performance and implementing powerful security measures protecting against cyber threats. 
The candidate selected as The IT Operation Manager is tasked with developing and enforcing IT policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. The candidate will be managing vendor relationships, negotiating contracts, and ensuring service level agreements are met, ensuring that the organization receives high-quality services and equipment.

Strategic planning is a key aspect of the IT Operation Manager's role. They work closely with senior management to align IT goals with the overall business objectives, develop and manage budgets, and stay abreast of the latest technological advancements. The candidate should hold good project management skills overseeing various IT projects from system upgrades to new technology implementations, ensuring projects are completed on time and maintaining cost-effectiveness. The candidate will be responsible for problem management and disruption issues implementing strategies to prevent them. The candidate'srole includes everything from communication, that Is aligned with business goals leading to positive technological advancements. 

Responsibilities 

• The candidate should hold the responsibility of leading the developing team with accountability. 

• Conducting performance reviews, identifying opportunities for professional development 

• The candidate should ensure its IT infrastructure policies to implement systems from cyber viruses and attacks.

• Planning and managing IT projects including systems updates and assigning responsibilities

• Developing and implementing IT policies ensures the smooth operation.

• Ensuring proper documentation and reporting of incidents

• The candidate should implement IT security policies and procedures ensuring a secure base for system failure.  

Qualification 

• Should have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.

• Prior 5-7 years of experience in IT operations management or a related field.

• Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services.

• Should possess powerful leadership and team management skills.

• The candidate should have Relevant certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP that are highly desirable.

• Excellent knowledge of IT systems, infrastructure, and emerging technologies.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
