Job Description

We are looking for highly competent Ruby rail developers for our dynamic organization. The passionate candidate should be responsible for analyzing, planning, and designing web applications along with creative innovative solutions for clients. 
They should possess expertise in Ruby programming language, rails framework, and web development best practices. The candidate should adhere to rules, and protocols while framing consistent maintainable codes. Responsibilities 

• Designing, analyzing, and planning the whole framework of innovative web solutions 

• Writing and framing codes that adhere to specific practices and coding standards. 

• Collaborating with project managers, and other developers executing policies for enhancements. 

• Translating user stories and business requirements into technical specifications 

• Designing and implementing database schemes, migration, and queries 

• Monitoring the performances of websites with end-to-end troubleshooting issues ensuring the reliability of web applications 

• Optimizing version control systems and managing collaboration with other developers 

• Documentation of technical designs, discussing references and points related to development and improvement.  

Qualification 

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or a field related to Software Engineering,

• Previous experience in web development using Ruby on Rails

• Substantial Command of web development fundamentals including HTML, CSS, and Javascript.

• Experience with frontend frameworks libraries like react or angular.  

• Knowledge of database systems and SQL. 

• Should be familiar with version control systems and agile development methodologies.

• Effective problem-solving attitude with the ability to work in a team and as sole leader. 

• Persuasive communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to cooperate with diverse stakeholders and provide technological guidance and support.
