Job Description 

We are seeking highly skilled Art directors who will be playing an important role in crafting, planning, and leading the creative direction of projects assigned to them. Not beyond aesthetic appeal, they should be instrumental in making choices accordingly. The candidate should be creative in intersecting their creative skills and strategy collaborating with designers, copywriters and other creative professionals to deliver impactful campaigns. 

Central to responsibilities the candidate should focus on conceptual frameworks and strategies that align with given projects. The candidates will be paying attention to brand guidelines, designs, and trending market dynamics able to craft appealing visuals whenever needed. 

Not only creative powers, the art directors should be active in mentoring and guiding junior designers, fostering an environment of growth and positivity. They should possess adaptive skills along with strong project management skills, and candidates should be best at communicating and elevating aesthetic appeal for brands. The candidates should be disciplined in meeting deadlines, inspiring teams, and maintaining robust focus. 

Though the digital landscape is evolving, the candidates should be adaptive to new challenges, trying new tools to remain innovative and abreast of digital transformation.

Responsibility 

  • The candidate should be responsible for creating authentic, alluring designs
  • Collaborating with other developers, junior designer 
  • Developing cohesive visual brands effectively conveying messages targeting audiences 
  • Generating ideas and concepts for brand management resonates with ideas set by clients. 
  • Providing clear artistic direction, guidance to quality, and consistency to brands
  • Focusing on brand upliftment, from conception to completion ensuring deadlines are met on the highest standard
  • Fostering collaboration and teamwork within the creative department 
  • Presenting proposals, creating plans, and feedbacks assuring clients satisfaction and project success 
  • The candidate should stay active in growing competition and technology 
  • Collaborating with project managers, designers, and teams to create final output the way it is planned. 

 

Qualification 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
  • Prior track record of at least 5 years in a senior creative role, with experience in graphic design, illustration, or art direction.
  • Should be Proficient in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate abstract ideas into visually compelling designs
  • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and mentor team members to achieve their full potential.
  • Amazing presentation and communication skills with the ability to articulate creative concepts and strategies effectively to clients and stakeholders.
  • Strong project management abilities, with a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
  • The candidate should have a passion for creativity, innovation, and constant learning, with a proactive approach to staying updated on industry trends and best techniques.
