Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated webmaster to join our dynamic company and will be responsible for maintaining, and enhancing the performance, security and user experience of websites, and servers.  The candidate will be responsible for identifying and solving issues promptly, ensuring compatibility and optimal performance on desktops, mobiles, and tablets. Monitoring online traffic and analyzing user behaviour is crucial for understanding trends and optimizing the user experience. the candidate will be focusing on a data-driven approach helpful in making informed decisions to improve website functionality and engagement. 

The candidate will be taking care of security implementing measures to safeguard against cyber threats regularly updating software to prevent vulnerabilities. Their roles will extend to using well organized content management systems. They will be taking care of server maintenance , regular backups and recovery procedures ensuring data integrity and so on. 
The candidate will be also supporting 

Technical support which is an exclusive ,key part of the Webmaster’s responsibilities, providing solutions for any website-related issues reported by users or stakeholders. They work closely with designers, developers, and other team members to enhance website functionality and user experience, participating in the planning and execution of updates and new features. The candidate must possess strong technical skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies, along with a solid understanding of SEO and web analytics tools. In addition to this the candidate should be well praised for technical expertise, must have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. 

Overall, the candidate will be playing an imperative role in assuring organisation online presence should be robust , secure and effectively meeting the needs of its users , contributing to significant transformations . 

Responsibilities 

• The candidate should be responsible for managing daily operations of websites , and perform optimally . 

• Conducting constant tests on websites across various platforms to ensure compatibility and performance. 

• Monitoring website traffic accordingly and analysing user behaviour, understanding trends , identifying issues and so on.  

• Ensuring security of websites by implementing safeguard policies against cyber threats.  

• The candidate should be working closely with content creators assuring that all website content is up to date , using content management systems ( CMS)

• Collaborating with designers z developers and team members working together in planning , execution of website updates . 

• Maintaining thorough documentation of website configurations, procedures. Generating regular updates about website performance, and traffic . 

Qualification 

• Should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Web Development, or a related field.

• Should have prior 3-5 years of experience in website management, web development, or a similar role.

• The candidate should be Proficient in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies. Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Joomla, Drupal). Knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics) and SEO best practices.

• Should have Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.

• The candidate should possess a high level of attention to detail and accuracy.

• The candidate should have Ability to identify and fix errors or inconsistencies on websites.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
