Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated senior backend developer who will be playing an imperative role in the –driven organization, responsible for architecting and implementing core logic and infrastructure that powers web and mobile applications.

The candidate should bring a lot of experience in backend development, leveraging their expertise to design scalable and efficient systems that meet the demand of requirements in robust solutions. Beyond technical proficiency, the candidate should play a crucial role in mentoring and guiding junior team members, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented environment. They contribute to the technical strategy of the company, connecting closely with cross-functional teams to integrate frontend interfaces, optimize APIs, and enhance overall system architecture. Responsibilities

• Designing, developing and implementing scalable backend architectures. 

• Should be responsible for writing clean, maintainable code using best practices in software development

• Optimizing backend systems for maximum speed and scalability

• Providing technical leadership and mentorship guiding through best practices

• Collaborating with other cross-functional teams, including developers and all

• Conducting performance tuning and optimization of backend systems, and APIs.

• Implementing strong measures, for security threats and other vulnerabilities

• The robust testing framework should be there for continuous integration streamlining deployment processes

• Creating technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, AP specifications and deployment procedures.

Qualification

• Should have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

• Prior experience (X years) as a Backend Engineer, Backend Developer, or similar role, with a track record of designing and implementing complex backend systems.

• Should acquire a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

• Should have been Experienced in Agile development methodologies (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) and working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Contributions to open-source projects or active participation in developer communities.

• Should be proficient in backend programming languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or Ruby, with a deep understanding of server-side development frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, Express).

• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB), including database design, querying, and optimization.

• The candidate should possess a Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and asynchronous messaging patterns (e.g., RabbitMQ, Kafka).

• Should have Familiarity with cloud platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
