Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated IT director for our dynamic organization, responsible for steering technological direction and ensuring convenient leadership vision towards complexities of network operations and project management. The candidate should be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation and other systems that should be properly aligned with the company's goals. 

One of the primary responsibilities of an IT Director is to oversee network operations, ensuring that all hardware, software, and networks function optimally. This involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, and implementing upgrades and enhancements to keep the IT environment robust and up-to-date. The IT Director must stay abreast of the latest technological advancements and trends to integrate innovative solutions that drive efficiency and productivity. The major responsibility of candidates will be Project management where they will be tasked with leading and coordinating various IT projects, from initial concept to final implementation. This requires meticulous planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget. The candidate must also be adaptive at problem-solving, anticipating potential challenges, and developing creative solutions to overcome them. This proactive approach is essential in maintaining the smooth execution of projects and ensuring that they meet the organization’s strategic objectives. Responsibilities 

  • The candidate Should be responsible for designing, and developing a comprehensive IT strategy aligned with the organization's goals and objectives 
  • The candidate leads the IT department in executing the strategic plan
  • The candidate should be responsible for developing project plans, allocating resources and managing timelines 
  • The candidate should identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Implementing and managing network security measures protecting organization threats 
  • Monitoring network performance, troubleshooting issues and conducting performance evaluation
  • Building a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, and evaluating with contractors. 

 

Qualification 

  • The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
  • Prior experience in a senior IT leadership role, preferably as an IT Director or similar position.
  • Should have powerful knowledge of IT infrastructure, systems, and network management.
  • Strong project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading complex IT projects.
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • The candidate should be a Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Should be Proficient in budgeting and financial management. 
  • Along with all technical capabilities, the candidate should have Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, compliance requirements, and best practices in IT.
