Job Description 

We are seeking a visionary and talented design director who will be leading the whole creative team responsible for shaping the artistic direction and ensuring the delivery of exceptional design solutions. The candidate should have a passion for innovation, and helping nature upholding the responsibility of guiding the team in crafting compelling visual experiences that seem to be captivating our audiences. 

The candidate will be playing an inspiring role, empowering the team pushing boundaries providing guidance, feedback, and support helping them grow both personally and professionally. In addition to this, the candidate will be collaborating with a team, including responsibilities like marketing, product development, and other activities like integrating designs, leveraging expertise, and industry insights. 

The candidate will be leading a significant impact on the organization with their abilities, and design excellence. 

 

Responsibility 

  • The candidate should be responsible for setting and maintaining artistic vision for all design projects. 
  • Will be holding responsibilities including designing process, from concept development and adhering to highest standards of quality meeting project guidelines 
  • The candidate will be developing brand identity, ensuring consistency and handling responsibilities, reflecting brand values resonate with our target audience 
  • The candidate will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and engineering, aligning design initiatives with business objectives and user needs. 
  • Fostering collaboration and communication, the candidate will be driving innovation and ensuring that design solutions are integrated seamlessly into our products and services.

 

Qualifications 

  • Should acquire a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Should have a Minimum of 8 years of experience in a design leadership role, with a proven track record of delivering innovative and impactful design solutions.
  • The candidate should hold a Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects, including digital and print collateral, branding, and user interface design.
  • Should be proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Figma.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and mentor a team of designers.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate and defend design decisions to clients and stakeholders.
  • Not only in creativity or designing the candidate should be a Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of branding, marketing, and user experience principles.
  • Should have Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • The candidate should be Passionate for design, creativity, and innovation, with a relentless recreation of excellence and a commitment to continuous learning and growth.
