Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate analyst  to join our dynamic company playing a crucial role in bridging the gap between an organization’s technological capabilities and its business goals.  The candidate will be tasked with evaluating and enhancing computer systems, applications, and IT processes, IT Analysts ensure that technology solutions align with strategic objectives and operational efficiency. The candidate's work will begin from  a comprehensive assessment of current IT infrastructure, identifying strengths, weaknesses, and areas for improvement. This involves gathering and analyzing data, consulting with stakeholders, and understanding the specific needs and challenges of the organization.

After analysis the candidate will be developing detailed recommendations for optimising existing systems or implementing new technologies. This also includes upgrading software , integrating new applications , in order to uplift best cybersecurity measures, or enhancing data management practices. They often work closely with IT developers, engineers, and other technical staff to implement these solutions, ensuring seamless integration and minimal disruption to business operations. The major responsibility of an IT analyst is about supporting decision making through data driven insights . This will lead to creating detailed reports translating complex technical reports into simple , understandable documents for which the candidate should have good analysing and writing skills . 

Moreover, IT Analysts are instrumental in project management, navigating execution of IT projects from inception to completion. the candidate works in favour of establishing project timelines , allocating resources , monitoring progress ensuring that projects stay on track and within budget. their role  often involves troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during implementation, requiring a proactive and problem-solving mindset.Overall the IT analyst should remain active towards constant technological evolutions in the fast-paced digital landscape. They should be motivated towards Continuous learning and adaptation to the most effective solutions to maintain the organization’s competitive edge. Ultimately their role is vital in ensuring the infrastructure but also drives business growth . 

 

Responsibilities 

  • Assessing current IT infrastructure, identifying strengths, weaknesses and areas for improvement
  • Conducting detailed analysis of system requirements and specifications
  • Developing document technical specifications 
  • Gathering , analysing and executing plans related to functionality and performance
  • Working closely with IT developers, engineers to design and implement solutions 
  • Manàging IT projects and performances monitoring progress 
  • Troubleshooting and resolving issues that arise during project implementation 
  • The candidate should remain attentive towards emerging technologies. 
  • The candidate should recommend a culture of continuous learning and innovation within the team.
  • Over all responsibilities, the candidate should be responsible in supporting meetings , workshops gathering requirements in order to provide updates related to IT topics. 

 

Qualification 

  • Should have done a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Prior experience as an IT Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role.
  • Experience with system analysis, design, and implementation.
  • Project management experience, preferably in an IT environment.
  • Should have acquired a Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Should have acquired Professional certifications in IT analysis, project management, or related areas (e.g., CBAP, PMP).
  • The candidate should be Proficient in system analysis and design methodologies.
  • Possess a strong understanding of IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and networks.
  • Experienced with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • The candidate should be skilled enough to translate complex documents into logical simple statements. 
  • The candidate should possess Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
  • Should be Experienced in managing projects from start to to completion.
