Job Description 

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce developer who will be working at the forefront of designing, developing, and implementing customizable solutions for the Salesforce platform. Their role will involve leveraging a salesforce suite of tools, strategies, and technologies to drive digital transformation enhancing customer experiences. 

The candidate should be sufficiently active in handling clients and translating their business requirements with knowledge of programming languages like Apex and Visualforce. They will be playing a key role in integrating salesforce with other systems ensuring smooth data flow and automation. Candidates should be proficient in aspects like the salesforce platform, including sales cloud, service cloud, and app exchange apps. 

The candidate should be able to recognize technical obstacles, evaluate intricate business requirements, and provide workable solutions that satisfy both functional and non-functional needs. They must pursue ongoing education and professional growth to stay up to date with changing market trends and technological advancements. They should be well aware that Salesforce is a platform that is always changing, with new features, tools, and functionalities added regularly. To improve their abilities and credentials, Salesforce Developers must thus stay up to date on these advancements, take part in training courses, and work towards Salesforce certifications.

Responsibilities 

• Able to design, develop, and implement custom solutions within the salesforce platform including Apex, visual force

• Should be responsible for implementation, and following up with web applications ensuring seamless data flow 

• Configuring solutions, salesforce objects, and other validation rules 

• Designing and implementing data models, workflow, and quality processes to maintain data integrity and accuracy 

• Collaborating with cross-and national teams, and UI/UX designers to understand the requirements 

• Testing and deployment should be done properly using change sets Salesforce DX and other deployment tools 

• Documentation of designs, standard ethics, and values of salesforce techniques is crucial 

Qualification 

• A bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field is a must 

• Should possess In-depth knowledge of Salesforce platform features, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and AppExchange apps. 

• The candidate with some Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Platform Developer, Salesforce Certified Administrator) are a plus.

• Should be sufficiently skilled in Apex programming language, Visualforce pages, and controllers to build custom functionality and user interfaces within Salesforce.

• Experience developing Lightning Components, Lightning Web Components, and Lightning App Builder to create modern, responsive user interfaces and applications.

• Candidates should be highly skilled in integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft), and integration patterns. 

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues and propose effective solutions.

• Candidates should be actively participating in interaction, technical and nontechnical communications, and debates.
