Responsibilities 

  • Should be responsible for Leading design projects from initial concept through to final execution.
  • Should be Ensuring that all design work aligns with the company’s brand guidelines and visual identity.
  • Coordinating with other departments to gather requirements and ensure project goals are met.
  • The candidate should Create original illustrations and infographics that effectively communicate complex information.
  • Developing innovative design concepts that enhance the company’s visual storytelling.
  • Candidates should be responsible for reviewing files, modifications and staying active with industry trends incorporating new techniques and technologies into design work.
  • Ensure all design deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and consistency.
  • Conducting regular design reviews and maintaining a high level of attention to detail.
  • Mentoring and helping other team members.  
  • Developing design assets for marketing campaigns, including digital ads, social media graphics, email templates, and print materials.
  • Ensuring that design elements are strategically aligned with marketing objectives and target audience.

Qualification
