Job Description 

We are seeking dynamic, strong minded business analysts to join our team who will be crucial in translating organizations goals into tangible strategies and techniques.  The candidate will be praised for their strategic thinking driving efficiency among business operations.  The candidate should be responsible in encompassing a wide array of responsibilities along with in-depth market analysis collaborating with cross functional teams streamlining the process.   • The candidate should be responsible in conducting comprehensive analysis of market trends, industrial standards, and competitive activities.
  • Should be responsible in translating activities into plans and solutions 
  • Evaluating existing techniques and identifying areas of improvement. 
  • Utilizing advanced techniques, extracting insights from large datasets.  
  • The candidate should be responsible in figuring out modifications areas, designing innovative solutions for growth.  
  • Facilitating change management initiatives driving organizational transformation. 
  • Developing risk mitigation and initiatives that can affect business in any negative way.  
  • Serving liaison between business stakeholders and ensuring project scope, requirements. 



  • The candidate Should have attained Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
  • Prior Experience of 3-5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or any related role in a corporate setting.
  • Should have Experience in industries such as technology, finance, or healthcare is preferred.
  • Should possess Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and draw meaningful insights.
  • Should be Proficienct in data analysis tools and techniques such as SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools.
  • Should have exceptional skills in communication, written, verbal and other presentations. 
  •  Outstanding problem-solving abilities with a proactive and solutions-oriented mindset along with ability to identify root causes of issues and developing creative solutions to address them.
  • Professional certifications including Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) will be an added benefit.
