We are looking for highly skilled MySQL developers to join our dynamic team to play a crucial role in designing and implementing robust database solutions. The role of the candidate extends up to creating structures that efficiently store data, supporting required queries. The candidate should be knowledgeable about creating databases and adaptive at using MySQL skills possessing a deep understanding of concepts of creating databases. 

Another role relates to database security which relates to protecting sensitive data from unauthorized access and compliance by staying updated on the latest security threats.  
The candidate should be active in ensuring data durability through performance tuning when applications grow and user demand increases, the database must be able to handle higher standards without degrading performance.

Responsibilities 

• Designing, developing, and maintaining database schemes meeting application requirements 

• Creating efficient models enduring data integrity supporting complex queries.

• Implementing and maintaining database tables, views, etc 

• Writing, and optimizing SQL queries by implementing improvements and reducing server load 

• Collaborating with application developers to ensure queries are efficient 

• Monitoring database performing identifying bottlenecks and bugs 

• Optimizing configurations, including memory applications cache settings to guide strategies enhancing scalability

Qualifications 

• The candidate should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

• Prior experience as a MySQL Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful database projects.

• Should be proficient in SQL and have experience with query optimization and performance tuning.

• Deep understanding of database design principles, normalization, indexing, and data modeling.

• The candidate should be Experienced with MySQL replication, partitioning, and sharding.

• Possess robust knowledge of database security best practices and experience implementing security measures.

• Experience with other RDBMS (e.g., PostgreSQL, Oracle) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB).

• Knowledge of cloud database services (e.g., AWS RDS, Google Cloud SQL, Azure SQL Database).

• Should be familiar with DevOps practices and tools, such as Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Experience with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) for database automation and management.

• Familiarity with backup and recovery strategies and tools.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
