Job Description:

We are currently looking for a highly skilled and experienced System Security Expert to become a valuable member of our team. The ideal candidate will be tasked with the crucial responsibility of safeguarding the security and integrity of our systems, networks, and data from potential cyber threats and attacks. This role necessitates a profound comprehension of security best practices, emerging threats, and the capability to implement robust security measures to protect our organization's assets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement robust security protocols and measures to protect our systems, networks, and data from unauthorized access, breaches, and cyber-attacks.

• Conduct regular security assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities, risks, and compliance gaps, and develop mitigation strategies to address them.

• Continuously monitor and analyze security logs and alerts to promptly detect and respond to security incidents.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to integrate security into all aspects of our systems and processes.

• Stay abreast of the latest security trends, technologies, and best practices, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

• Develop and deliver security awareness training and educational programs to promote a culture of security awareness and compliance throughout the organization.

• Participate in incident response activities, including investigation, containment, and recovery efforts, as necessary.

• Serve as a subject matter expert on security-related matters, providing guidance and support to internal stakeholders as needed.

• Maintain documentation of security policies, procedures, and guidelines, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

Qualifications:

• Relevant degree in degree the field of computer science or engineering.

• Preferred certifications include Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or other relevant certifications.

• Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing security solutions in a complex enterprise environment.

• Strong knowledge of network security principles, protocols, and technologies, including firewalls, VPNs, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and endpoint security.

• Proficient in working with security tools and technologies, such as SIEM, DLP, IDS/IPS, antivirus, and encryption.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as a proven ability to detect and mitigate security risks.

• Capable of working with diverse teams and stakeholders with strong interpersonal and communication skills.\
