Job Description 

We are seeking a dedicated web designer who will be highly dedicated to delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and enhancing our digital presence. The candidate should be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining visually stunning and user-friendly websites aligning with the client's branding and business goals.  The role will demand a strong grasp of graphic design principles, a keen eye for creativity, and aesthetics, and expertise in the latest web technologies. The candidate will be creating influencing and engaging user experiences by developing site structures, designing interactive elements optimizing websites for performance and scalability. As a candidate, you will be collaborating closely with the development and marketing team to bring visuals to life ensuring cohesive concepts to life and a seamless digital experience. The candidate will be translating client requirements into functional website designs optimizing HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and design software like Adobe Creative Suite. Your ability to conduct user research and apply UX/UI best practices will be crucial in creating websites that are not only visually appealing but also easy to navigate. The candidate should be responsible for constant site maintenance, troubleshooting issues, and staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Their role will involve producing digital assets for various platforms, including social media and email campaigns, ensuring consistency in branding and visual identity.

Responsibilities 

• Should be responsible for creating, drafting, and designing website design 

• The candidate should be responsible for site navigation working on traffic side by side. 

• Ensuring technical feasibility of UI /UX designs 

• Optimizing websites for maximum agile and scalability 

• Conducting user research and evaluating feedback 

• Developing wireframes, user flows, process flows, and communication 

• Designing web pages, other digital photographs 

• Producing sample sites, and demonstrating website concepts. 

• Along with technical skills, the candidate should be good at communicating, debates, and discussions ensuring consistent branding 

• Troubleshooting, and resolving website problems effectively ensuring proper functionality of websites.  

Qualification 

• The candidate should hold a bachelor's degree in web design, graphic design, and computer service. 

• Proven work experience as a web designer 

• Should hold expertise in Google Analytics, basic knowledge of PHP, and unique control versions such as Git.

• Should hold a strong portfolio of previous web design projects 

• Should be proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite, etc. 

• Proficient in web design languages such as HTML, CSS, and javascript like Bootstrap 

• Should be experienced with content management systems like WordPress, Joomla, and Drupal 

• Should be highly experienced with excellent visual design skills.
