Job Description 

We are seeking talented and experienced web developers to join our dynamic team. The candidate will be the main lead as a digital architect shaping the online landscape with languages like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. And other building blocks of the internet. They should all be aware of yielding these tools to craft visually stunning and interactive websites. In addition, there should be proficiency in back-end languages such as PHP, Python, or Node. js empowering to create dynamic web applications with seamless finish. 
Beyond coding and designing the candidate should possess good knowledge about layouts, and navigating solutions for technical challenges. 

The candidate should be an active learner of emerging technologies, trends, and other tools. 

They should be determined to hold the responsibility of constantly expanding their skills and delivering cutting-edge solutions. 

Overall, the candidates will be architects of change, upliftment, and growth.  With a blend of technical, social, and other spirit they will be crafting digital experiences that are captivating and yielding productive results for the organization. 

 

Responsibility

  • Should be responsible for designing, coding, and modifying visually appealing user-friendly websites.
  • Implementation of visual elements of a website or application using HTML, CSS, or JavaScript.
  • The candidate should be responsible for maintaining compatibility and responsiveness 
  • Developing server logic and database using programming languages such as PHP, python, or ruby systems like MySql or MongoDB. 
  • Should be aware of integrating external APIs, plugins, and services to extend website scalability and efficiency 
  • The candidates should take over responsibility related to thorough testing, debugging web applications for maximum speed and scalability 
  • Implementing security protocols and measures protecting websites against threats and other hacking acts 
  • Providing external support and maintenance for websites and applications 
  • Collaborating with other team members and designers translating business requirements into technical solutions. 

 

Qualifications 

  • The candidate should hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Prior experience as a Web Developer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing successful web development projects.
  • Should be proficient in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  •  Should be strongly Experienced with back-end development using server-side languages such as PHP, Python, Ruby, Node.js, Django, Ruby on Rails, or Express.js.
  • The candidate should possess Knowledge of database management systems such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or SQL Server, and experience with database design and optimization.
  • Candidate should be nicely familiar  with web development tools and technologies including code editors, version control systems (e.g., Git), package managers, and build tools
  • Understanding web standards, accessibility principles, and best practices for SEO (Search engine optimization ) is highly crucial for every candidate.  
  • Should possess analytical skills along with excellent verbal and speaking skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality, error-free code and web solutions
  • The candidate should be highly adaptive to changing project requirements and preferences in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • The candidate should follow Creative strategy and innovation in designing engaging and interactive user experiences that align with project goals and objectives.
