Key Responsibilities:

  • Transform abstract concepts into user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces using wireframes, prototypes, and interaction designs. 
  • Develop user flows, journey maps, and personas to guide design decisions and pinpoint areas for enhancement. 
  • Create both low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes to test design ideas and collect user feedback.
  • Work with visual designers to ensure a consistent visual language and adherence to brand guidelines. Champion user-centered design principles and industry best practices throughout the organization. 
  • Keep abreast of the latest trends and technologies in interaction design and user experience to enhance our products continuously.

 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or relevant education.
  • Should have demonstrated experience as an Interaction Designer or in a similar role, along with a robust portfolio highlighting design process and successful projects.
  • Well-versed with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar.
  • Possess a strong grasp of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and usability testing methodologies.
  • Possesses excellent communication skills, able to clearly articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrates a strong attention to detail and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.
  • Previous experience working in an Agile development environment is considered advantageous.
