Job Description 

We are actively looking for a passionate creative director to join our dynamic team working in favor of the uplifting standard, and value of products to convey the company's professional ethos, and objectives. The creative director is all about the ability possessed by the candidate as their innovative ideas and narratives are what make up the product. 
The candidate should be determined by design elements, color schemes, and overall presentation. Here's how they will be enhancing the holistic product’s appeal making it look more captivating. The candidate will be responsible for taking over every task seriously from the initial phase of understanding the product to contributing till it is outlined, last designs, messaging infusing energy, and magic into the product. 

Overall, they serve as a powerful tool in framing the reputation and credibility of a product in the eyes of consumers.  


Responsibilities 

  • Developing and formulating creative ideas related to brand upliftment 
  • Establishing and executing creative strategies to drive brand awareness 
  • Collaborating with the senior management team defining overall business together. 
  • Inspiring and following up with mentorship to make desirable changes and modifications 
  • Serving with clear direction, consecutive feedback, and other development opportunities 
  • Oversee project assignments, and workflow management ensuring timely delivery of creative assets 
  • The candidate will be actively analyzing everything related to the brand including assets, logo, and write-ups effectively communicating with brand value and personality 
  • Staying ahead of emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in design, advertising, and marketing to drive continuous innovation and maintain a competitive edge
  • Foster a culture of creativity, experimentation, and risk-taking within the creative team to push limitations and explore new ideas and approaches
  • Champion the adoption of new tools, technologies, and methodologies to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and boost creative output
  • Engage with external clients, partners, and vendors to present creative concepts, solicit feedback, and align on project deliverables and expectations
  • The candidate should be social and dedicated to maintaining strong client relationships by demonstrating a deep understanding of their brand, business goals, and industry landscape, and delivering innovative solutions that exceed expectations.

 

Qualifications 

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or related field; Master's degree preferred.
  • Should have earlier experience of at least 8 -10 years in creative direction and design leadership. 
  • Substantial portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative projects, including branding, advertising, digital marketing, and multimedia campaigns.
  • Candidate should be enough Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, and other design software/tools
  • Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment, with strong project administration and organizational skills.
  • Possess a passion for storytelling and creating meaningful brand experiences.
  • Knowledge of web design, UX/UI principles, and front-end development technologies can be an added benefit for an organization.
