Job Description 

We are seeking a passionate and talented graphic designer to join our team who will be playing an imperative role in unleashing their creativity into reality in crafting compelling visuals that resonate with company objectives. 

The candidate works closely with the creative team including writers, and the digital marketing manager to work accordingly with discussions, bringing the brand across mediums. 
The candidate has to include responsibilities like crafting creative concepts, producing marketing collateral, and managing multiple designed projects from start to finish.
The candidate will be creating graphics, and eye-catching posters for social media and playing a crucial role in shaping the brand's identity. To excel in this role the candidate needs to maintain robust thinking due to principles set by the organization. 

Apart from this one should be aware of the rules, and skills used in creating authentic posters and designs.  They should be highly aware and skilled in colourful patterns, typography, color theory, and patterns. 

Overall the candidate will be marking a significant direction of creativity in a fast fast-paced dynamic market evolution. 

 

Responsibilities 

  • The candidate should be responsible for their tasks developing concepts as per the requirement of the organization. 
  • Developing engaging marketing collateral, brochures, posters, banners, and advertisements. 
  • Designing and producing brand assets, including logos, icons, and target audience 
  • Handling multiple designs, adhering to rules set by organizations. 
  • Coordinating with other team members, including managers, SEO team, etc 
  • The candidate will be responsible for receiving feedback from stakeholders and continuously refining designs according to trends, and instructions given by the team lead. 
  • The candidate should be actively participating in discussions, activities, and all the insights shared with the team.  

 

Qualifications 

  • Candidates should have done a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
  • The candidate should have prior experience as an intern or have managed freelancandidatesate in animation, multimedia, or UX designing 
  • Should be proficient in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • The candidate should hold robust skills and a portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects and styles
  • Effective understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and composition
  • Should possess the ability of Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Should possess Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design solutions that exceed expectations
