Responsibilities

Data Entry and Maintenance:

Enter financial data into accounting software or databases with high accuracy.
Update and maintain financial records, invoices, and ledgers.
Verify and correct data entry errors to maintain data integrity.

Reconciliation Tasks:

Assist in reconciling accounts payable, accounts receivable, and other financial transactions.
Cross-check records to ensure they align with bank statements and financial documentation.

Documentation and Record-Keeping

Organize and maintain financial documentation, including invoices, receipts, and statements.
Ensure proper filing of all financial data for easy retrieval and audit purposes.

Support to Finance Team

Provide administrative support for finance operations.
Generate reports as required by the finance or accounts team.

Compliance and Accuracy:

Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial information.
