It Technical support Engineer


Serve as the primary contact for customer queries and concerns. ○
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients. ○Resolve issues promptly or escalate to internal teams.
Provide basic troubleshooting on product features, APIs, and JSON. ○
Leverage Excel and other tools to analyze and address customer issues. ○
Collaborate with dev teams on complex technical problems.
Communicate customer needs between Sales, Dev, and other departments. ○
Ensure timely delivery of client requirements.
Share product updates and enhancements with customers in simple terms.
Understand client needs and anticipate improvements.
Analyze client data to suggest solutions and boost product adoption.
Identify opportunities for upselling or bringing new clients on board.
