Responsibilities

1. Operational Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, with a focus on wealth management and mutual fund distribution.
Lead the planning and execution of operational initiatives to drive efficiency and scalability in the AI/FinTech environment.

2. Leadership and People Management:

Provide strong leadership to the operations team, fostering a culture of high performance and collaboration.
Manage, mentor, and develop staff to build a motivated, skilled, and high-performing team.
Conduct regular performance reviews, offering constructive feedback and career development opportunities.

3. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:

Act as the primary troubleshooter for operational issues, ensuring quick and effective resolution.
Analyze operational challenges and develop strategic solutions to prevent recurrence.
Anticipate potential problems and implement preventative measures to ensure smooth operations.

4. Business Development:

Collaborate with business development teams to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities within the wealth management and mutual fund distribution sectors.
Provide operational insights that support the company’s strategic business objectives.
Assist in the evaluation and integration of new business ventures or partnerships.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure the smooth execution of projects and initiatives.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales, marketing, finance, and other departments to align operational goals with overall business objectives.
Support business development efforts by providing operational insights and support.

6. Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and present operational reports to senior management, highlighting key insights and recommendations.
Analyze operational data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
