Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through cold calling, warm calling, and other lead generation strategies. Maintain a high volume of outbound calls to maximize lead generation efforts.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing personalized assistance, addressing inquiries, and
offering ongoing support regarding mutual fund investments and financial planning.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our mutual fund products, investment strategies, and financial planning services. Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
Performance Tracking: Track and report on key performance metrics such as call volume, conversion rates, and revenue generation. Continuously strive to meet and exceed sales targets and performance goals.
